Valentine’s On the Mountain

We’ve been trying to spend some time exploring before irrigation and haying starts.

We girls woke up to some nice flowers, cards and chocolate from our Valentine.

(yep, that’s a playdough mess, water painting paper, PJ Masks play masks and a Frozen glow wand, DVD, reading books, etc. It was a long two days before.)

On Valentine’s day we had plans of going over the mountain and spending some time in Sheridan and eat at Olive Garden (it’s been almost three years since we’ve been in an Olive Garden).

It was a nice 50 degrees when we started out from Ten Sleep.

We made it 20 miles up the mountain and hit a snow storm.

We decided to eat at a local ski resort and make our way slowly back down.

We ordered from the grill, enjoyed the roaring fire in the river rock fireplace and watched the snow blow around.

At least three inches fell while we were there.

It was good Valentine’s Day.
